For us it is the good schools without charter stress, walkable to parks, shops, restaurants and metro, safety and great community for raising a family (e.g. Our 8 year old can walk down the street to play at her friend's house on her own, neighbors are outside on sunny days talking and watching the kids play). Our house is not ideal but we have been here a while now and are planning our renovation.[/quote]
