I did notice it was initially priced even higher and the price dropped. I don't think the house is awful but I think at that price point, location and amount of space, it would need to be more updated. Also, within the land of split levels, some people prefer all the bedrooms upstairs rather than 2 up and 2 down. .. there may not be a clear master bedroom besides having the kids on a different level. You should compare prices in Alta Vista of other split level houses that sold and look at the sq footage, garage, and amt of updating. [/quote]
