Was going to suggest this, but add cinnamon: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/French-Toast-Bread-Pudding-108944 Add a big bowl berries or sliced fruit. They also reheat well in the oven. Frittatas also reheat reasonably well in the oven, but use a lowish temperature.[/quote]
