Second pregnancy took 4 months of trying and ended in miscarriage, as did 3rd and 4th. I think back to how naive I was when I got pregnant with DD - I knew almost nothing about the way that fertility works. We were not paying attention to timing at all. It never occurred to me that I might have trouble conceiving/carrying to term. Of course I knew people who'd had fertility treatments or had other issues getting pregnant. I just never, ever thought that would happen to me. I know better now.[/quote]
