Don’t build out every last feature and then try to sell it. You can spend weeks or months or years going down a rabbit hole. Build a working prototype (or even a non working prototype) test it with potential customers, and then iterate from there. It can be as simple as a wireframe. The other term for this is an MVP (minimum viable product). [/quote]
