Not a brag/slam at all, but I find it curious that there can be such a weird difference between girls and boys sometimes. My kid's school also had 120+ boys at tryouts, so not sure whether that's uncommon.[/quote] 120 vs 150 at tryouts is a significant difference in competitiveness. Its a very large high school with a substantial Hispanic population-the Hispanic boys play soccer but most of the girls don't. [/quote]
