They mean 2029, but 2039 is more likely. Taylor is in the feasibility study phase, which means they haven’t even scoped out the work or placed it in the CIP. This will require millions, so will be included on a ballot in Nov 2028 at the soonest — but the way the county finances are going, it could well be deferred or even voted down.  Taylor students should bring fans.[/quote]
