Please do not listen to this if you have a high-level player. The coach is the primary thing you want to focus on if you are trying to actually use the club model to develop. The average coach in the area did not play at a high level and does not know what to do except have a nice tidy environment.[/quote]

our DS just committed to play D1 - he had so many coaches throughout!! I think the coach can make or break a player's experience but we always chose the club based on club size and reputation because of exposure to showcases and best events for recruiting. [/quote]
