If I understand correctly, juniors and seniors are granted COSAs until their graduation, I am wondering if this case will be different as Walter Johnson is an overpopulated school? We will be applying when the new Woodward school gets opened up so it may be different, although I'm not sure.

Can someone let me know if his COSA would be approved or what else abot COSAs I need to know? 
Another factor is that my son has moved 5 different countries during his life (due to unrelated reasons regarding him) continuing this constant change of education could be detrimental to him when applying to colleges which is why we are considering getting a therapist or doctors letter of recommendation for the COSA, although I'm not sure if this will play a large role in the COSA, as I understand COSAs are hard to get approved of.
