If you have never used an ad blocker, then the system here is not working correctly. There was a previous case similar to this, but I don't remember how it was resolved. In your case, I suspect that there is some bad code stuck in your browser's cache. You can try going to Settings -> Apps -> Safari -> Advanced -> Clear Website Data and then searching for "dcurbanmom.com" and deleting that data. That might clear it up.
