Not to copy off of, but to provide really helpful context, a detailed look at how the child presented at a particular point in time. Many times diagnoses rely a lot on parent interviews. Of you have written reports from other clinicians that seems like really relevant and critical to getting a full picture. I am not an expert and we have only done one neuropsych, but we had documentation from other screenings/assessments and the psychologist said it was incredibly helpful.[/quote]
