[/quote] What is wrong with the top group?[/quote] My child is in the top group- nothing is wrong with it, its just that parents have a hard time going from lots of hand-holding to none, which is appropriate in an older group, both for parents and the swimmers. The parents who complain probably have a kid not dropping time at the rate they’d like to see, but frankly that has to do with a lot of factors including the swimmer’s motivation. The proof is in the pudding- I can’t remember the last time a swimmer left my child’s group for another club. [/quote]
