[/quote] Klonopin and Xanax both vary by individual. I have a prescription for 1 mg of Xanax that I take if I feel a panic attack coming and it doesn't make me sleepy at all. I took one of the lowest doses of Klonopin once and it knocked me out. OP should listen to her doctor, not internet strangers. To answer your question, OP, I'm very cautious about mixing alcohol with meds and I'd be comfortable drinking the following day.[/quote]
