This is false. About two-thirds of crimes in Fairfax County are committed by Fairfax County residents:

The stats posted include 2019, which was pre-Descano. Stop trying to blame Fairfax's problems on other people -- Fairfax crimes are overwhelmingly committed by Fairfax residents. [/quote]
