He/she is possibly underpaid given the logistics they have to a manage in similar sized organizations. You have organizations like Detroit Metro FC and others who are have built free academies. I am pretty sure the DCUM soccer base would reject the premise of these organizations so ASA and others are meeting the customer demands.[/quote]
