This!!!  OP, the LEAST they can do is find a way to get you in to DCI another feeder.  I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this but you should absolutely make them find you an equivalent school.  You should also file a police report if you have not already and send your request schools to whoever it is at the central office who can actually do something.  Copy the superintendant and anyone else you find. Do not rely on the lottery in this situation.  They are in the wrong, not your child who got assaulted by one of their adult emoployees.[/quote]
