Anyway, he is absolutely obsessed with LinkedIn. He is on it constantly, sending me (and other members of the team) links and posts from other people at all hours of the day. Sometimes he sends links to our own deliverables as an FYI, seemingly unaware that we actually produced that report or whatever. The only thing that ever seems to get him engaged substantively is when the social media team is discussing promoting things, in which case he will practically micromanage what should be posted in LI.

These FYI emails come to my LinkedIn inbox, not my corporate one. Am I obligated to acknowledge/reply to them? I only find out because LI sends me an email that says … well … that I received an email. [/quote]
