Montoya was referring to voting against the regional model when she said it. It was obvious, go watch the meeting. And the writer knows that but she is desperately grasping at straws to try to stop H from going forward. Not a coincidence that she's also the lead of CEPA and filing all the lawsuits.[/quote]
