I would LOVE if the people in my neighborhood had to take a short quiz before adopting a dog to understand where dogs are allowed and not allowed, when dogs have to be leashed, what leashes are appropriate, and then agree to take their dog to a training school until the dog knows not to jump on, bark at, lick, or sniff strangers on the street. I really like dogs but there are a lot of crappy owners around and their ill behaved dogs make it bad for everyone, including other dogs.[/quote]
