You have a better chance if they failed to disclose I am a real estate agent and the settlement companies are also becoming very sloppy. Yesterday, a settlement agent wanted my seller to sign a federal document that was untruthful and became angry when the client would not sign it. I proposed a simple addendum to the contract that would make the document truthful. Whether buying ir selling try to get the documents you are signing in advance and at least make sure the blank spots in boilerplate documents have your correct information.
