It's pretty easy but 20 minutes to do a car is just a laughable, clueless claim. At the end of the day, it's an easy and straight forward DIY that most should be able to do(plenty of youtube tutorials). But, if you don't want to, you pay what the shop charges, be thankful and be on your way.
