It's just when I hear DCUM discuss beautiful areas, I always think DC first.. the bias. :lol: For NOVA it would be older Alexandria areas, obviously, unless there are other parts further out I am not aware of. I also do like GF and its rolling hills and woodsy setting where even uglier examples of housing blend into the attractive nature of this area. Some parts of North Arlington, Mclean and Falls Church are also attractive around the hilly woodsy water creek areas. Chain bridge rd has nice views too. Even if not all housing stock is cute, the nature makes up for this, but there are a lot of objectively nice homes there too. [/quote]
