I think you are reacting to the color contrast with her hair, and her dark eye makeup with light eyes. If she was a brunette, or if she didn't do heavy lower liner, the brows would be unremarkable. (As somebody with similar coloring, it's hard to find a good taupe brow pencil.)[/quote]
