For spring break (and Holy Week 2026) we just did: two days London, and Seville, Granada and Malaga. DH and I and our HS daughter. We had a great weekend in London, saw a show, the Churchill war rooms, Borough Market and the British Museum. Then flew to Seville via Easy Jet. Three days in Seville was amazing. We stayed in Triana and saw the Mercado de Triana, the Alcazar, Plaza, cathedral and all kinds restaurants and side streets. Saw a flamenco show too. Then took a train to Granada and saw the Alhambra. Amazing. Saw Holy Week processions in both cities. Shopped and ate amazing food. Then took a 90 min direct bus to Malaga. Downtown Malaga is also beautiful. Ate cheesecake that they’re known for, and walked along the water. Shopped at the 3 story Zara and my daughter loved that. Flew back to London on Vueling and then home the next day. We left on a Thursday night and came back the following Sunday afternoon. I planned in the following order: flight to London (was cheaper than Madrid), then flights to and from Spain, then refundable apartments in Spain via Booking.com, (used points for London hotels), then train tickets via Omio for Seville to Granada and bus to Malaga. TripAdvisor forums are also very helpful.
