I think you have the top 3 correct.  Beach Elite in Virginia Beach used to sometimes have some solid teams, but it seems like they merged with another club to become 757, and I don't see them with any highly ranked teams.

One interesting note, is that a some of the stronger ODR players end up traveling far to play for more competitive clubs out of ODR. The 2025 VA Gatorade Player of the year is from the Roanoke area and played for NC Academy.  There was also a 2025 player from Charlottesville who switched from RVC to Metro for 17s and 18s.[/quote]
