Using Aspen, as directed, I filled out all the forms, uploaded all the documents, and submitted everything on 3/30. Aspen shows "Returning Student Enrollment - Complete 3/30/2026." "Thank you for your online enrollment submission! Your school's enrollment team will now review your submission. If the school has questions, they will follow up with you directly. Once the school has completed their review, you will receive an email acceptance."

However, it's now been over two weeks and I haven't gotten that email acceptance, and the MSDC application page still says "Match (enrollment pending)." And her brother's preference for that school is still listed at "Sibling Offered."

I'm starting to get a little worried. Is it normal for this to take a while? At what point should I call to check in? I don't want to be a pest, but I also don't want to fine out two days before the deadline (or, yikes, May 2nd) that there was some problem with my paperwork.

When would you call?
