When she notices me sitting on my balcony reading or on my phone, she starts loudly telling me to mind my business and making other random comments. She then points her phone at me (I’m not sure if she’s recording or FaceTiming someone) and says things like, “there she is, that’s her,” and threatens to call the police.

I don’t engage and do my best to ignore her, usually going back inside after about 10 minutes—but I hate feeling like I have to give in to that behavior. While the noise and general behavior are annoying, what really bothers me is the filming. It makes me very uncomfortable not knowing what she’s doing with the footage or who she might be sharing it with. Since I’m a renter, I don’t have a direct line to the condo association and haven’t raised it with them. I’m also concerned that escalating it could lead to more harassment.

Has anyone dealt with something like this or have advice on how to handle it?[/quote]
