I love milk! We started buying whole milk when my kids were tiny and then never switched back to low fat. A tall glass of milk with a brownie is the best. I know I sound like the dairy council. I don’t care.
Same. My kids drink probably 3 glasses per day +/-. I think it’s a nearly perfect food: contains fats, protein, carbohydrates in good proportions. Plus excellent source of calcium, B12, potassium, vit D/A. You would hard pressed to find a more nutritionally sound food that kids like and will consume multiple times per day. I never drank milk as a child or young adult (parent bought skim and it was gross), and never developed a taste for it. I still don’t drink it. I’m sure I will pay for it with some degree of osteoporosis in the future.
