I have the same problem as the OP and it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense because the hair on my head and the rest of my body is blonde and relatively fine, almost like peach fuzz. It’s only in that one spot that it’s dark and thick. If it was genetics, you’d think that it would be consistent and I’d be hairy all over.
