Was I just incredibly lucky to find a part time nanny?

What kind of person should I be looking for? A SAHM of older kids who might want some additional income? An Au pair of ES kids who could maybe do a few mornings? Call all the small in home daycares in my area to see if any are open to a part time contract? [/quote]
