If they want to be principals, prove themselves and then be given the cushion job of central office I am okay. But to promote them to be advisors of our school/principals is major issue when they don’t even have a previous job in that role.

Reid has hired way too many poor education outside of FCPS in critical roles and it’s costing us. [/quote]

Yep this is my issue, hiring people that have no idea of the FCPS way into bigger manager roles than they previously served is a disaster in the making. [/quote]
