A lot use names as a way to racially profile as well. They would never admit it because it would be considered discrimination, but common sense tells you that it does happen. I have a friend whose very qualified son is struggling to find employment after college. I haven’t said anything because it would be rude to, but I think his first name is the problem.[/quote]
