Not in the US but in the rest of the world yes. Australia, Europe and Asia have seen demand growth both in EVs and solar plus grid batteries. The Chinese have the capacity to meet this demand.

For Europe to replace the LNG lost from Persian gulf they would need to build 30-40 GW of solar power. In 2025 Europe added 65 GW of solar. It will take 3-5 year to rebuild the Qatar infrastructure. It will take 12 to 18 months to build out solar. The same things are happening all over except for the US. Demand for EVs(scooters, motorcycles, three wheel vehicles, passenger cars, heavy duty trucks, etc) is through the roof. [/quote]
