Steal: I’ve heard they might offer a bit more of a "balanced" approach. Does that hold true for the younger girls?

For those with daughters in these programs (especially the 2033 or 2032 classes), I’d love to hear your thoughts on:
Coaching Quality: Is the focus on individual development or just running plays?
Culture: Is it inclusive, or does it feel like a "revolving door" of players?
Time Commitment: Is it manageable for a multi-sport athlete?
