I lost a lot of weight and had a breast reduction/lift and a "fleur de lis" tummy tuck (when they cut hip to hip and vertically up to just below the breasts, to pull in skin from the sides as well). Had them done together in 2008. Cost about $15,000 -- I think $6,500 breast reduction, $8,500 abdominoplasty. So happy with results. Even when my weight fluctuates, I have a perfectly flat stomach. One downside is that when I do gain weight, it has to go somewhere, so my upper arms and thighs seem disproportionately larger than they used to. But they're easier to cover than a muffin-top.
Oh wow, this is great to hear! I was always scared that if I gained even 5 pounds over time that it would just go right back to my tummy and it would be wasted. I don't even care if it distributes evenly (since lets face it, most people do gain a little weight with menopause and I am ok with 5-10 pounds, especially if it keeps my face looking young) but weight on me now goes RIGHT to my mid-section and I want it gone to match the rest of my hard worked body!
