Both Alsobrooks and April won the votes last time even though David was running.[/quote] Like half of Montgomery County is in this district which dwarfs the population of Garrett/Allegany/Washington Counties. Frederick is about 50/50. I don’t love Trone but April Delaney has been absolutely invisible since she won. [/quote]
