DD is sophomore at RM w/ plan to attend 4 year college. Goal (currently) is career in healthcare (clinical psychology, physical therapy, medicine) w/ dance minor. We need to reply to an invitation for Healthcare Professions at Thomas Edison program. DD would still graduate w/ RM diploma, + completion of this special academic program, SSL hours, clinical hours etc. Can anyone provide feedback on the Edison program specifically? Any thoughts on why you would/would not pursue this program? TIA.
1. I don't have any insight to offer but you could probably reach out to the program staff at Edison to connect you with current students. 2. This is the only time I've seen a program question go unanswered on this board - no one chiming in with experience or an opinion or more question about it. Just crickets. Nevertheless, we've got MCPS planning to create 6 more healthcare professions programs starting in 2027. Will anyone want to attend them? No one knows.
