+1 - I had this. And to the poster that says it's not allergies, maybe not, but at the end that is the medication that has finally worked.

Here's my experience - over a period of six weeks I had three episodes that started with extreme body aches, sometimes chills, and then just feeling like I was hit by a truck. The second episode was the worst - the first day I was barely able to get out of bed. I was short of breath, dizzy, but no persistent cough or major head cold type issues. Cough was when i was upright, didn't persist, and was not productive.

The third time I then had upper respiratory symptoms that are the same as I have had with major seasonal allergy attacks - runny nose and eyes, feeling deadheaded, again a dry cough. These lessened with Flonase, zyrtec, and Benadryl at night.

I'm hopeful that I'm over this. Have tested negative twice for Covid, Flu A/B, and RSV and bloodwork didn't reveal anything else. I am beginning to suspect it's this:
