I absolutely know that women of color are treated horribly in the medical field. But, if she or the baby died, then the hospital would be held liable and people would say that was racist. The hospital is also right to prevent death and said it was based on her past delivery and waited until the baby showed further distress signs. Both can be true. People should be allowed to make decisions that ultimately kill them.
