And now the lottery deadline has been pushed back without explanation. AFAIK, there has been no communication of the change through official channels at all -- just quiet alteration of the dates on the website.

I know it's a big district and a huge administrative task with a lot of moving parts. But the lack of transparency here is very frustrating.[/quote]
