Everything you describe sounds miserable.  Also, you could drive 2 minutes to the Total Wine in Friendship Heights and another 2 minutes to the Wegmans at City Ridge.

It's safe to say that your perspective is a tiny, tiny, tiny percentage of the population.  Most of us don't like driving much...so why the heck we would want to drive 15-20 minutes?[/quote]
