I don’t understand how a community so broadly obsessed with prestige can also hold it against any school that does whatever it can to manage enrollment. Low acceptance rate/high yield is a data point that many on this board invoke to claim that a T10 school is SOOOO much better than a T30 school. It’s crazy. Everyone slams the Chicagos, Northeasterns, and Hamiltons for their enrollment management techniques but all of the schools run some type of game. Stakes are too high.
