It also made it obvious Karla wasn't really trying to get the resolution passed, but just that she wanted to look like she was.  If Karla was really trying to pass it, she wouldn't have surprised other Board members with it at the work session-- she would have reached out earlier to build support.  (I don't blame Rita for being annoyed for being blindsided with it, honestly.) [/quote]
