For some reason, this rubs me the wrong way. It's ok to be honest but to say it the way he did and then just leave the parents hanging, is quite rude and unprofessional. [/quote]

I agree.  At the end of the day, it is about the child, regardless of the cause of the issues the child had - and he basically abandoned that child by doing what he did.[/quote]
