[/quote] I went to HS in the 80s out west, and we had fights.. every single day. We also had real gangs. That's not to say that SM is not an issue. 100% it is. But, fights in HS have been going on for decades. I will say that IMO, MCPS needs to send repeat offenders kids to a reform school or something. They should not be just moving troubled kids around the regular schools. I wish we could send these troubled kids to MCPS admin for them to babysit for a day.[/quote]
