They were soooo good[/quote] You'll never replicate the same dish from the 90s simply bc worldwide, the quality of ingredients has gone down. Noodles now made with cheaper wheat flour that is cut with additives to be cheaper. Same with sesame seeds and the oil. And the soybeans now used to make soy sauce are so genetically modified from what they were 30 years ago you can hardly call them a soybean. [/quote]
