My mom wants to go on a wine tour and go thrifting for her birthday. She is flexible on vineyards - but does anyone know of good thrift stores either in the Leesburg area or heading towards Charlottesville? Thanks for your expertise!
Purcellville has It’s Bazaar (consignment) ReLove It (consignment) Graffiti and Silk (thrift) The Clothing Closet (thrift) Blue Ridge Thrift (thrift) Nostalgia (vintage) Twin Flames (vintage) Plus other cute boutiques. Lots of wineries in the area.
you could just roll up on the linden vineyard. its pretty decent. wines’ not bad either
Linden isn't anywhere near Purcellville. The wineries near Purcellville to checkout include: Walsh Family Wine Hillsborough Vineyards & Brewery 868 Breaux Vineyards Sunset Hills Otium Of these, I'd recommend the first two. Hillsborough for views (and they also have beer). Walsh is decent wine. All of these are within about 10 minutes of Purcellville proper.
