Stone Street is the B&T happy hour crowd. Definitely better than midtown but not much. It is passable in nice weather as it is good to sit outside. Wouldn't go there otherwise (I worked in the area for a number of years). But that area as a place to stay in general is fine as it is less chaotic than midtown but has easy access to all subway lines. But it depends on what they want to do.[/quote]
