I’m a consultant and at my company those who don’t go meet the RTO minimum are ineligible for the highest year end rating which lowers your raise/bonus by 1-2%. FWIW, my company is 3 days a week RTO but I go in 0-2 times per week since I’m working on projects with people from other states. [b]It’s not an efficient use of time for us to go to the office when we are just going to be calling each other on teams anyways. [/b]I do go in 3-5 days a week when I’m working with a local team.
