I do about 3 hours of that per week. I try to do most of it in the morning before my child wakes up. It is a mix of moderate and vigorous activity based on my heart rate. I also do about 2 hours of strength training per week with Peloton classes, also mostly in the morning. Some of that certainly gets my heart rate up as well though I don't track those activities on my watch.[/quote]
